EDIT: Just realised: this is the closest perapesis since 1993 at around 356,566 kilometers away from earth. What is going on there?

I went on Xbox live earlier, just for some friendly racing and nearly everyone was going nuts. Ramming cars off the road, an entire field of 24 being reduced to 3 after a chaotic 1st lap and 21 quitters... way more people than usual driving around the track backwards and yelling obscenities over the mics. same stuff with every race i joined... I thought, i bet its a full moon tonight... and so it is.
