Microsoft has just opened up their "World Wide Telescope".:speakcool:

I am currently in the process of downloading their software (20.88 Mb). I would like to ask though. Is it any different than Stellarium, that I usually use to decide my astronomy targets?
Of course, Stellarium has all the data it uses offline, while this one gets it online I think.
