Ok, Right now I am working on a ISV Venture Star, and I had the problem of converting the file earlier. I found this http://www.babel3d.com/. Put your SketchUp .skp file in here, set to convert to .3ds, press translate, and voila! a prefectly converted .3ds file with textures. Then all you need to use is Vinka's 3ds2msh found here: http://users.swing.be/vinka/3ds2msh_050630.zip and Mustard's 3ds2msh GUI found here: http://www.orbiterfrancophone.com/index.php?disp=dl&id=47 to convert to msh. I haven't figured out a way to convert the .bmp, .jpg, etc. textures to .dds yet, but I am working on it.

It now flies, and has a model and textures!

Thanks a lot!
