I just installed NASSP 8 and ran into a few issues that I hope someone can help me out with. I followed the instructions on the sticky thread NASSP 8 Installation Guide.
After completing that I ran the Apollo 5 scenario. However I noticed that hitting F1 for an external view I start with the viewpoint underground and all the area outside the immediate launchpad area is black.
I'm using 2016 Beta, and I'm using that only for NASSP 8. When installing 2016 Beta, I followed the recommendation to link the texture file from my 2016 orbiter directory to save space. I'm wondering if I set something up wrong there? Any ideas or suggestions on what I may have done incorrectly?
Also on a side note, one time I ran NASSP 8 I experienced periodic white flashes. I did a search on that, but could not find the hardware pageflip setting to disable as suggested in a number of threads. Was that setting removed from the 2016 Beta, or am I just missing it?
