So looking the log and your screen shot.
from the log:

ERROR: Could not load vessel module: pylon\pylon3
>>> [Vessel::LoadModule | .\Vessel.cpp | 5442]

So pylon3 really doesn't work in 2010 or 2016. The sequence part doesn't work. But for sts 5 use this scn:

Scenarios\STS Historical Scenarios\STS-5 Scenarios

Ok thanks that worked, Now if i installed orbiter 2006 for the ones i wanted to use from sts payloads would Pylon MFD work properly.

Not sure. The guys working on Pylon have not been seen in a while. The code is there for someone to fix the seq part.
