Flight Question How do I do a space EVA after TEI in AMSO 118?

Is there someone who can explain how to do a space EVA in AMSO 118? In the manual it says that it is possible to do it after the sim-panel is jettisoned. When I fly the mission it is possible until I undock the LM. After the LM are undocked it is not possible to access the "Start EVA" in the auto-pilot menu.

As far as I remember, you can start the deep space EVA if the following three premises are fullfilled:

1. - SIM Bay panel jettisioned (usually done shortly prior LOI - Lunar Orbit Insertion)
2. - final LM (ascent stage) undocking was conducted, three crewman inside the CM
3. - you are on the way back to Earth (trans-Earth-coast) after TEI
