Hello guys,

I want to build a home cockpit for the DGIV, and my question is if there's a way somehow to assign keyboard keys to DGIV-systems that normally haven't got one. For example the APU/EPU panel or the cabin air recycling switches. I want to make my cockpit as realistic as possible (with my budget) so if it is possible I want to control the whole DGIV without using a mouse!

Can someone help me out?

Greetings from the cold Netherlands :)

Hello thijsgalen :welcome: to the forums!

You can do that by simulating mouse clicks.... I dont know exactly how you can do that but after simulating the mouse click you can assign the key to a real switch with a USB joystik card and its really easy and cheap

:)

Thanks for the reply :)

Mouse simulating... is that possible with multiple panels? (upper, middle, lower) ? So there's no keylog or something for the DGIV in particular???

Again thanks for your response :)

How far is the projector from the screen ?

I think 150cm, but I can also use my quite big television ;p Why? :)

Autohotkey will do this. It has a learning curve and you must write scripts.
