That said, it might be interesting to attempt to come up with figures and engineering solutions ourselves.
I haven't come across anything of the sort. I don't believe they think too deeply about such things, instead adhering to Rule of Cool. UC did go for a pleasant amount of realism (no magical gravity generators, O'Neill's concept of rotating space colonies, etc.) but 'specific impulse' or 'mass ratio' are probably terms that never passed through the designers' minds. :shrug:Just curious, how did you decide on the vehicle's performance? Are there any published figures from the various UC-Gundam medias? The specific impulse is quite high, even for a fusion rocket that can use minovsky particles for containment.
