@Urwumpe : I had to eyeball the dimensions a bit, but I found some figures here : the central cylinder (composite) is 1.1 meters long, the 'butterfly' tanks have a capacity of 700l or 860l given the mission configuration (let's choose the big ones). Now I guess that this is the capacity per tank. I have the '3D printing tool' in Blender which conveniently calculates the volume of a mesh.

So 860l * 4 = 3,440l and I'm very close from that number :

The 'red ring' is the 'maximum 4.5 meters' diameter of the stage.

Now there is this cool render (arrh, that underexpanded engine plume, come on ESA!), that shows an external composite ring with bottle (He ?) tanks attached. I guess these are for pressurization cycles (engine restarts) ? So I guess we need that too, because more flexibility is what we want ?

Note that there are also RCS thrusters on the side. There are many differences with the models on the paper though, so I'm a bit lost there.

Yeah, also they depict the stage in different sizes, depending on if it is sitting atop a Ariane 6 or a Vega C. I thought it is still about 1.8 in diameter, at least in the drawing of the Ariane 6 fairing with it.
 
Ah OK, I think we're getting there, on my render the composite cylinder was 2 meters in diameter. I think 1,8 meters works much better, yes. But still, I find my tanks a bit small :

I think that what confuses me is that the brackets that hold the butterfly tanks are in reality thick and not a 'one piece' thing.

And to separate the Shuttle from the rocket stage, a composite adapter. Which is necessary in order to have room for the body flap (and that thing needs all the control surfaces it can get lol) :

I converted this MOLAB to UACS. so you can now carry a crew and exploremolabuacs1.jpg

The trailer is part of the mesh and so when the front moves it moves also. I know I can use GV and get the trailer to move but then the wheels will not move.
I need to get the action areas to work. NOW THE ACTION AREA WORK

We also built a LM Truck to get her to the Moon.
BUT I can build this for 2016 and 2024. It is all the extra like the Saturn5,..... that Not sure what works,.....

No, it is much more like that (each one still contains a small nuclear reactor!) :

I'd say it is a kind of reasonable architecture for a manned Mars mission (or Venus, if you really want to go there). For the outer planets and their moons, a more ambitious version is necessary, with an artificial gravity wheel and maybe 3 engines.

Rationalized the architecture, more in line with the Mars Mission Reference. Two big LH2 tanks, no oxidizer there, that's the huge win with nuclear engines.

The arrays are radiators. Might also need solar panels near the hab, a communications array, and a docking node.
