General Question free 2d panel textures?

I'm thinking about creating some simple vessels. But my art skills are minimal. Are there any free 2d panel textures (switches, indicator lights) or 3d models which could be rendered to 2d? Is it possible to use those from the default orbiter vessels in creating my own panel?

Reading the CGTextures' License page seems like this kind of use is OK.

There is no hurry, I can borrow some textures from the orbiter default ships in the meantime.. I'm not about to release an addon any time soon. But knowing the licence info for the supplied textures would be nice.
