Now I have to figure out which color is which.
If you change the last line (emissive color) from 0.0 0.0 0.0 1.0 to 1.0 0.0 0.0 1.0 the part of mesh with that material will start to glow red. So you can identify all parts of the mesh that are textured with that material.

Thanks for the information. I thought that the orange material is the heatshield itself, but it is only a protection for black PICA tiles.:lol: Indeed, dark gray color should be more realistic.

Yes,but I slightly edited them.I just changed the fuel cpacity of the CM.

And if a part of your mesh ( hull, heatshield etc ) is gray in Orbiter (or the texture appears darker than it should ) when you want it to be white, it means that the first two lines after a "MATERIAL hull" (assuming that the part of mesh I'm talking about have a "hull" material ) are like these:
MATERIAL hull
0.5 0.5 0.5 1.0
0.5 0.5 0.5 1.0
0.5 0.5 0.5 1.0 0.0
0.0 0.0 0.0 1.0

Then, If you change them to this:
MATERIAL hull
1.0 1.0 1.0 1.0
1.0 1.0 1.0 1.0
0.5 0.5 0.5 1.0 10.0
0.0 0.0 0.0 1.0
you'll get a white color ( or correct colors of a texture ).

So even if you have no textures,you can still be able to see the color on the model clearly?If so,how?

By setting the intensity of red, green and blue components of the material specification. First number is for red, 2nd is for green, 3rd for blue, 4th for alpha - they are in 0 - 1 range (if there is 5th number in 3rd row, it's for specular power). See "Doc/OrbiterConfig.pdf" for more information about materials.

Still working on textures,but fixed the CTD.The reason it CTD'd was the VC lines in the SC3 file.

I'll try to use my own but if I cant'ill use velcro rockets,or another Atlas V add-on.

Well the SM is a tad too big

When the SM is rescaled,and the ini file edited,then we can start texturing the mesh.
