Problem CRC errors when extracting LC41

I have downloaded LC41 from OrbitHangar (multiple times, to be sure):

but when I try and extract it, I get CRC errors. Can anyone else successfully download and extract this addon? Or suggest an alternative?

I have no problems extracting the rar file. I used the rar.exe commandline tool included in winrar.

Winrar worked, thanks. The problem must have been with PowerArchiver.
