Atlantis is not going to ISS. Atlantis is going to HST which is in a totally different orbit(580 kmx595 kmx28.5°) from ISS.

The next shuttle mission to ISS isn't until November at the earliest and that is by Endeavour, not Atlantis.

Are space angecies under such a tight budget that they can only afford home made solutions?
Or is it just my idea?
I just wonder if in case of an air leak they will use tape to cover it...
