I was just looking at the first chart that I know of of Russia's upcomming Angara booster line. I noticed that it employs a common core system like the Atlas V and Delta IV. Seeing the two American rockets using basically the same technology is not surprising especially considering the ULA. But with Russia now about to use the technology, I'm wondering if we can be seeing more of this technology in the future?
It is definately a fairly efficient system. More bang for the buck by basicalyl copy and paste
