I think I know whats going on - I got a domain parking page. An NSLOOKUP shows this:

Note all the IP addresses? It's called a round robin entry. What that means is person one gets the first ip, person 2 gets the second ip and so on. It's an old fashioned way of load balancing traffic to servers.
Chances are one or two of those IP's are not configured so every now and then an unconfigured IP get's served up.
Try waiting 10 mins and going to the page again.
