This is the Tenacity Dream Chaser spacecraft currently being developed by the Nevada Space corporation.
It is a cargo version, including the Shooting Star cargo module.
The original 3D model was created by HappyEnte in 2013.
The atmospheric flight model is copied from the Space Shuttle, reduced for the smaller size of the vessel.
The reduced lift makes it even more tricky to land.
For the launch scenario, the VulcanCentaur addon is required.
