Finally hitting the centerline again. Can't believe I let myself get so rusty.

Just finished the Lunar Transfer challenge. My score was 4498.14kg. This was my first time docking to the Lunar space station in my 12 years of playing Orbiter lol. It's hard to get in sync with the docking port since it's rotating and you have to align yourself with the same rotating speed (I know in Orbiter 2016 it's not a big deal but I was trying to be realistic). All in all, it was alot of fun. My next challenge is to make it to Mars.

More of the Venture Star:

DG-01 on final approach to Luna-OB1 (which is not rotating - not sure if it's Orbiter 2016 or whether I messed with the scenario) at MJD 58407.4862

A few from Apollo 14, flown in NASSP 8.0 alpha:

Evening launch following a 2h30 delay (in reality it was 40 minutes)

Seeing Orbiter come this far only to look so beautiful makes me shed a tear of joy :bartender:

A scene which will probably appear in my planned story featuring personification of 2 real spacecraft and their interactions. The idea is to promote both of them ahead of their (first ;)) flights, as well as featuring comparison, contrast and interactions between Old and New in the spaceflight world.:hailprobe:
The original idea & some plots will be loosely based on parts of a famous Japanese animation film (probably easy to guess due to several events happening over the last 2 weeks, after my inital idea appeared - the above picture is a hint ).

Hopefully the 1st chapter of the story will appear in a month or so with the whole story complete by early next year. ;)

I think you would need some kind of an adapter, aka Apollo Soyuz, since both will be active ADP. Unless One will be passive.

Well the story will contain some.....artistic license (I mean the spacecraft will appear as if like persons so....).
However wasn't LIDS/NDS homogeneous?

<off-topic>I am still new to O2016 - what key should I press to hide the camera and time info? In O2010 it was but this is no longer working in the new version.
