Request Artemis landers

Both companies have their HLS programs hidden partially from the public knowledge. So far (as for Starship) it needs to fly right first, meanwhile surprisingly Blue Origin's New Glenn is practically ready. We have yet to see the hardware for their Pathfinder mission, but I do give higher hopes of Blue Origin actually landing first on the Moon than SpaceX will.

Great another mesh. I guess the red stripe would be solid, candy and broken? No NASA emblems?

Yes well said we are pretty much in the dark but when NASA is sending people to other sources leads us to think but of those have some issues not worked out

this version of
blue Moon lander might make it before 2030

so I have the hover set to
44000, main_tank, ISP
ISP = 46000
main_tank = CreatePropellantResource(11000.8);
rcs:
const double JET_THRUST = 4000;
const double JET_ISP = 3700;

empty mass
SetEmptyMass(10000);

This is what I have so far. I am not sure about RCS thrust values,..... It is a lander so no main thruster. The Hover is the main.

If good then I need to get it into orbit on the New Glenn

A very nice lander! Took it for a spin to land at Ukert crater. Landed with 3.5 ton fuel remaining.
Orbit scenario is attached.

Some comments:
- Better make the model center near the mass center of the vessel. This gives a better look when panning around the vessel. (Currently it is on the bottom of the model.)

- When landing 'in the wilderness' the landing legs sink in. This is because Brighton beach landing pads are not on zero level. Maybe find a compromise to elevate the landing feet a bit, so they are just visible above ground.

Also played around with an alternate gold texture, for the wrapping.
The dds files are attached, if you want to try them.
Maybe also the size of the mapping around the model should be bigger (not so fine divided),
so the wrinkles are not too small and show approximately the same 'grain' over different areas of the vessel.

Thanks.
I centered her. On the texture. are you saying like the area around the tanks. need to be around the rest of the ship. The HGA is not animated yet. I can raise the tD points also.
Sounds like thrusts are good?
