In order to make my earlier add-on The Plutonian Chronicles work for Orbiter 2010 or higher, it will need a major overhaul. In particular, three vessels featured in the scenarios (the Vespucci-D, Helios, and Unity shuttle) will have to be converted to spacecraft3 vessels (although the originals will still be required for meshes.) In order to do this, I will need a bit of help with regards to animations (specifically the centrifuge in the case of the Vespucci-D and the bay doors and landing gear in the case of the Unity shuttle), engine placements, and docking ports.

By the way, here are the links to the add-ons in question:

Vespucci-D
Helios
Unity

Would it be possible to recreate the add-on with different spacecraft? Like instead of sticking to certain names, going by what the scenarios actually need?

I would also recommend some kind of terrain for Pluto as well. We have the data for about a 1/3 of the planet with the New Horizons flyby in 2015. I'm not sure on how to exactly do that, and I haven't seen any thread on here attempting to create terrain.

Spacecraft3 isn't exactly 100% compatible with Orbiter 2016 anymore, so I'd suggest something different. At least spacecraft4, though honestly I don't like the spacecraftX framework too much because of its one-instance-per-class limitation...

Unfortunately no, since the scenarios are based on a novella that I was writing at the time (which can be found, in various stages of completion, on my Deviantart page), which itself was based on the add-ons in question. And yes, I did credit the original add-on creators.

Also, I'm using Orbiter 2010, which Vessel Builder does not function in.

In that case, you might be locked in to those add-ons and would need to get the original authors support.

About that - I'm not sure if the original authors even have any accounts on this forum. I guess that means that this whole thing is not going to work.

Even if you got the mesh group list and transformation order (translation, rotation, etc) from the authors, reproducing the animations would still take time to get right.
So my suggestion is to go for it regardless ;) !
In that case, I recommend converting the Helios to spacecraft3 first, since it doesn't have any major animations, just the engines and the three docking ports (port, forward, and starboard).

By the way, part of the reason I'm doing this has to do with my weird habit of doing things in pairs, as I have another project that I'm thinking of doing at the moment in the form of some extrasolar systems from the Blake's 7 universe to accommodate my Blake's 7 Vessels add-on. Additionally, I'm also thinking of removing a few extraneous add-ons from my account.
