It looks like an antenna is popped open, anybody got any ideas on how to fix it.

Unfortunately there's no way to stow the antennas in AMSO
It is already pointed by @4throck, "As in [Multistage Saturns for Orbiter] 2010, the SM's antenna is open at liftoff." However, it doesn't matter if you just wanna simulate the mission and not experience realism. The camera view can be adjusted to make the SM antenna disappear from your view, although it is still open in the far side.

Edit: I think using AMSO command module and NASSP service module would be better, but how to tie the bell to the cat? My bad on suggesting something that OF members who aren't add-on devs will experiment.

Hmm, I am probably going to try it, but It may not be possible though.
 
Just added the NASSP SM to the cfg file, but it still crashes.

@DDASSSSS I could not believe that you would try my guesstimated suggestion, because testing with alternative service modules is upto the add-on devs.

Since the MS2015 format of the Saturn 1Bs coded by both 1987VCRProductions' Multistage2015 Saturn for Orbiter 2016 and 4throck's Apollo Collaborative are virtually the same, I think I'll just post it here....

I finally solved the issue why the Saturn 1B underperforms during launch! It seems that the culprit is the 79 degree GravTurnPitch that was declared on the right-end of the orbit parameter inside the guidance file:

When I removed that 79 from the guidance file, then adding three pitch maneuvers onto the guidance file, the Saturn 1B can now reach orbit!

Also the stage compartments disappear for me, when I separate them. They appear during launch, but they don't' appear after I separate them.
 
Hmm, I downloaded the Multistage 2015 Saturn for Orbiter 2010 P1 and I found this.
Like I said, both the Saturn 1Bs of Multistage2015 Saturns and Apollo Collaborative are virtually the same. Their only difference is that the CSM used in the former is AAPO (which AFAIR doesn't work yet on O2016), while the latter uses AMSO
