This is from the movie shows a soviet flag on that spot.

Actual photos don't' seem to show the flag but they might be flipped left/right... Hard to tell.
In general the movie model agrees very well with the photos, so I don't have a problem with if you follow it and add the flag.

Any future plans for a manned TKS version? For some reason i just love the looks of that ship with the manned capsule.
