I'm going to see it tonight. Orbital mechanics aren't the only thing they portray inaccurately. It's Star Trek for crying out loud - structural spacecraft design, orbital mechanics, thermodynamics and physics in general, computer science, biology, exo- or Earthly, evolution, architectural and interior design, basic safety, common sense, their own wacky warp physics system...
...But who cares? Again, it's Star Trek for crying out loud. At least for the most part it doesn't really try to explain itself in terms that aren't intentionally silly - these movies, like TOS, are much, much better for just not talking about the crazy science and leaving it to "it's cool, now shut up" instead of babbling about the subspace torque.
The plot is excellent, the visuals are gorgeous, the ships are awesome (hot rod Enterprise, anyone?), the acting is great, and they're returning to "I'm giving 'er all she's got, Cap'n!!" over "I'll try adjusting the subspace anticapacitor to reverse the polarity on the warp field integrity field and blah blah blah blah!"
