Agreed. Politics makes me want to :beathead: in general, and presidential elections make me want to :suicide:

And the world trembles in fear as Americans continue to bicker over which science-hating, evolution-denying, religious fundamentalist bigot should be next Leader Of The Free World.

Seriously, it's like Obama's presidency has degenerated the GOP into a group of lunatics incapable of presenting a candidate that doesn't look like a joke to the rest of the world. We can only hope that's enough to secure a second democrat term.

I have a feeling that with all of the fighting that goes on in the debates, this election is going to be the worst in American history. We have more candidates that fight on stage, than talk about how they would make America better. The other candidates can't even get a word in.

Obama is going to win.

Let's just skip to inauguration day, and avoid the next stage battle between Perry, and Romney.

Probably the best course for the near future, until the GOP gets its collective heads out of a dark, smelly place...

Who's up for another round of money printing? Well, within the next four years that is exactly what will be happening because we just couldn't choose which candidate wrote the better book.

What is the problem with Perry? Give him a chance, and the USA will pay taxes for war in Afghanistan, Pakistan, Iraq and a tiny far away country called Mexico. :P

Let me put it this way: Every single one of the republican front-runners is worse than the propaganda about the evil, decadent capitalist Americans we were fed during my childhood.

 I could see Pakistan, but MEXICO!?! Tha's a little far fetched, even for the GOP...

Most of them are just repulicans by name anyway. There are some that are not, however. Even the good one are not perfect. I think that Ron Paul, and Herman Cain are the 'best' choices to be president. They both still have there cons though.

Why, he said in TV, that he would like to send the US Military into Mexico for fighting the drug criminality there. The Mexican president was so glad about the offer, that his face almost dropped to the floor. He suggested it would be better the USA would show more commitment fighting the drug market inside the USA.

But only drugged voters would vote Perry.

I assume you're talking about Ron Paul, the republican equivalent of writing in Superman? Sure, his dedication to his ideals is commendable. His ideals, however, are not.

Well, I believe his ideals are correct. After all- I have the right to believe what I want, as do you

Absolutely - after all, the sun rises every morning only because enough people believe it will rise. If people stopped believing nonsense without considering whether or not it reflects reality, politicians might have to focus on reality instead, and we can't have that now.

The rule for me is very simple. Before a politician can get some breath to keep on promising me the blue from the sky, I ask him how he is going to finance this. If he can't give me a good answer, he is not worth my vote.

It's incredible to me that no candidate out there can satisfy the Tea Party's desire for science-denying, religion-promoting crazy. These people's beliefs are already like something out of the Dark Ages, and yet the base still isn't satisfied.

I agree with you, and my question would be: What is your real plan?

I can't remember which ones have said "I will get you my plan shortly" and still haven't done so. If you don't have a plan before you join the candidacy, don't join.
