Well, I've only played the Mechwarrior 4 video game.
I might get into the actual game some time, seems more my thing that 40k.

I play the offline version, am actually even member of one of the more active chapters here in Germany, including organizing our own convention every autumn. ;)

But I am not sure, if this is really a Clan Urbanmech or just the standard flavor Urbanmech. The differences between Clan Urby and the mainstream Inner Sphere Urby are small, there are also more extreme versions of the Urbanmech around in the Inner Sphere, that all have one thing in common:

Urbanmechs are slow and easily killed, but don't be so stupid to ignore them. You only ignore them twice.

But I prefer faster machines anyway.

Does anyone think this is a good graphics card?

Not unless you are running an old box (6-8 years old) with XP then its so out of date. specs say Dx6 *Shudder*. I dont even think i have anything that needs at least Dx7.

Actually, that chip was outdated in windows 98 times. I doubt it will be sufficient for google earth.
For the same money, you should easily get a card that is at least 3 magnitudes faster.

I feel like I'm the only person who likes Uziels. :P

You are possibly right there. Not a bad machine really, but also not exactly good.

My favorites are the Wolverine in the Inner Sphere world and the Ice Ferret in the Clan world.

Keep in mind I've only ever played one of the video games, as I said before though I'd like to get into the actual game itself eventually.

On another note I can't decide what to get from Video Ezy this week, last week I got Inglorious Basterds (Which I found to be a great movie) (Why is that spelt with an "e"?), Dick Tracy (Very entertaining and I recognised much of the cast.), Starship Troopers 3 (This was just awesome. Would you like to know more?) and Day of the Dead (The remake) (This was incredibly boring and the zombies were the worst kind that somehow sprint at 30 km/h and can climb on the ceiling. Any recommendations for what to get this week?

Inglorious Basterds is good.Have you seen Old Dogs? Its a great movie.

Inglorious Basterds is good.
I have a picture of my grandfather that reminds me of that movie. He was a paratrooper, but when he was in Berlin after the war someone took a picture of him wearing a top hat posing next to a Nazi Flag, and he actually look like Brad Pitt at the time.

I made this back when I was 13. It was quite easy to make, but the end result is nice.

Fought off quite a force in MW4, and just barely survived:

I'm glad the lance was all assault/heavy machines, for the sheer number of light/medium mechs storming us. By the end of it I was just limping around with compromised armour and a hole in the cockpit (reason for the HUD being garbled), against an Uziel w/ 2x PPCs and some sort of Owens running around, reduced to just a small and large laser; all other weapons destroyed/depleted...

In short, 'New Avalon - Spaceport' is a good brawl, if anyone wants one.

Edit: Why, oh why must there be a lance of madcats outside of the spaceport?

Let's just label it as 'glorious' and move along... :shifty:

I've always been playing it in first person, a lot more fun that way IMO, but it doesn't make things any easier.

Is that the full version of MW4 or Mercenaries?

I was wondering if someone can help me out here.
In Inglorious Basterds, in the scene with the Gestapo officer at the bar, how does he figure out that the German office is actually English? I never figured that out. :P'

Edit: It involved Scotch somehow...

I couldn't figure out that part either.

It was becauase he ordered the three glasses a different way than the germans do.

He did the british three with his index, middle, and ring finger up. The german three (when ordering drinks) is with the thumb, index, and middle finger up. (This is according to the movie, i don't know if germans actually do it this way.)

von Hammersmark explains this to Brad Pitt when she's on the gurney, with her leg being poked around in by Pitt.
