It's attached to my post HERE.

You need:
UCGO
Deltaglider IV
River Crab's Epimetheus skin for the DGIV, found exclusively HERE.
RC's Prometheus skin for the Arrow, from HERE.
Dgatsoulis' flag cargo HERE.
And finally, my configs for bases on Phobos and Mars HERE. Whew, that's a lot of stuff!

Description is in the scenario. If you promise that you'll actually do it and not vanish, then please do it! :)

Good luck, and godspeed!

Sorry, but you have the same link for the DGIV and the Arrow Skin so I don't have the Arrow skin, wich I need, now.

Well, Orbiter won't crash or anything if you don't have it; it just looks nice in the screenshots. ;)

Anyway, post updated with the proper link. Sorry about that.

That's what I thought too, but it doesn't work at my computer.
I run it on 2010, is that right?
Do I need any special Cargos from UCGO?

I don't think so...

Can you post your orbiter.log so I can find out what exactly you're missing?

Here it is:
View attachment Orbiter.log
I'm not good in analysing that, but that note:

"
---------------------------------------------------------------
>>> WARNING: Obsolete API function used: oapiRegisterMFDMode
At least one active module is accessing an obsolete interface function.
Addons which rely on obsolete functions may not be compatible with
future versions of Orbiter.

"
looks like I should use Orbiter 2006p1.
I'll trie that and post back if it don't works there, too.

It works now at 2006P1, I'll send back the state as scenario in 20 hours, maybe in 7 hours or so (I have a bitsome to do that day)
should I make screenshots?

and should I add me as Ummu? (I noticed, that the other members of OFFMlite are UMmus in the ship)
And how do you think aout that base, should I use all cargos?
How many people can live in one life-module?
How many off wihich cargos schould be used?
And the most important:
How can I go sure, that the base don't fly away?
What can I do against that all cargos I load out land on mars surface?

Please don't do that, it will make our weight inconsistent. Voyager wasn't even on the ship anyway. You can use anyone you want, though.

Honestly I've no idea. Izack, 説明頂戴よ説明

You must put them down manually. If it goes to the Mars surface, that means it's still technically in orbit around Mars. It should have the state "landed Phobos". Remember, the Phobos visual mesh does NOT correspond to it's physical shape, which is actually just a sphere.

Edit: Also, for clarification, this:

Code:
---------------------------------------------------------------
>>> WARNING: Obsolete API function used: oapiRegisterMFDMode
At least one active module is accessing an obsolete interface function.
Addons which rely on obsolete functions may not be compatible with
future versions of Orbiter.
---------------------------------------------------------------

does not signify an error, it signifies a warning. Whatever made your Orbiter crash was something else, and it doesn't show up in the log. (Dun Dun DUN! :shifty:)
Anyway, we should use 2006p1 from now on because of UCGO problems.

I put three per module, with three modules. For the rest of it, whatever looks right to you is okay.

Be very, very careful.

Exit the scenario once in a while and look at (current state).scn. All base modules and UMmus should have
Code:
STATUS landed Phobos
in their lines. If at the end you can't get them to stay down, change the scenario line to landed instead of orbiting, and remove the state vectors. It should suffice to drop the boxes when the UMmu is landed and let them settle to the ground themselves. Phobos' surface gravity is only ~0.05% of Earth's, so even if a box starts flying away, you should be able to fly an UMmu up and grab it. Just try to stay under +11m/s vertical.

No cargoes should land on Mars...I don't understand how a cargo released on Phobos should land on Mars within 10 million years.

I go down with the Arrow untiil the bord computer says "contact" and hold medown wth RCS, and when I do that the cargo goes onto mars.
But it is possible to make a drop operation, too, so it should stay in marsorbit if it's not on phobos-surface, why it goes to mars surface?

Yes, it's the hardest mission by quite a bit. >.>

Took me all afternoon and a good chunk of the evening to get everything the way I wanted.

I'll try to gauge the difficulty of missions beforehand in the future, to avoid headaches like this one.

Just got back from my vacations on the beautiful islands of Thera. (Santorini)

I see, we've made some progress. (Not much... but some).

@HAL9001: I'm afraid that you got the "short end" of the stick, my friend.
But have no worries. It's YOUR mission, so YOU decide what to do. (Within mission parameters, of course).
It's a fact that (on the latest Orbiter release) the Arrow "misbehaves", when landed on Phobos.
So... why not try to get the cargo and the UMMUs you need in place and then get the Arrow in a "safe", higher or lower Martian orbit?

Also... pics from the mission are good... but a playback is even better. ;)

@Izack: Glad to see that G2 is on the drawing board.
Care to share?

coud makeit tomorrow.
I save the screenshots as scenarios and makes screenshot of that later, so the end state as scnfile will come sooner than the screenshots.

Right now I'm doing a crash-course in attachment handling, so that I'll be able to place HLV on other rockets (Ariane 6 seems like overkill), but I'm not sure what a good rocket would be. Saturn I B, maybe? SDLV?

The mission will be a good 3-4 times longer than G1, and likewise is taking much longer to plan, so by all means, take your time with this one.

SDLV is pretty sweet. One of those "what if" things. Plus, Simcosmos's stuff is pretty nice to fly.

Voyager's out, HAL9001 is in, aaaaaaaand G2 is coming along slowly. Welcome back. :)

PhantomCruiser: I'll have to look at SimCosmos' things. Looks good so far though. The DIRECT series looks promising (although if it's also overkill, I may just stick with good ol' Ariane.)
