Request Trident D5 + Warhead

The ICBM with working warhead current around doesn't work in Orbiter 2010, so I was wondering if someone could make a Trident D5 missile with working warhead? Not fussed if it's sea launched or land-launched, I'm not that fussy about that particular detail.

No, never finished it far enough for release, and now the sources are terribly outdated.

Is now part of the basic 2010 package.

Isn't the SDK basically an application? I confess to not having used it before, or even thought about doing so, so I presumed it would be.

No, it is a collection of tools, object code libraries and source files needed for making Orbiter add-ons, for example documentation about the configuration files.
