ECTS(-X) is an EADS Astrium project, they already presented the design on the 2008 ILA, but didn't know of Orbiter being used there.

Albatros refueling Atlantis after realising that 2° RInc is still quite too much for a plane change in a shuttle. Originally docked at ISS as a resupply craft, it met with and refueled Atlantis. Both spaceplanes will now head to the station.
