Historic
Pioneer-Venus Venus orbiter and multi-probe bus, launched separately.

VEGA1 & 2 Venus lander and atmospheric balloon probe, bus flies-by Venus to rendezvous with Halley's comet.

ICE (ISEE-3) Insane WSB trajectory, comet flyby.

Luna16 (1st?) Lunar sample return. Sample returned via single burn solid-fuel rocket.

Future
Bepi-Colombo ESA/JAXA mission to Mercury using chemical and Ion propulsion. Earth/Venus/Mercury flybys.

MSL Mars rover deluxe! (1st?)controlled entry at Mars. Fabulous "skycrane" landing technique.

I think the Vega rocket is available from mustard's site, not sure if it comes with payloads or not though.

Thanks for the pointer WHAP, but I'm thinking of the 1984 Soviet missions, rather than the future ESA/ISA launcher of the same name (due for launch next year I think)

I will second the request for MSL. Now that is a cool spacecraft. This Skycrane I love to see work at mars.
