I am really frustated by Windows Vista. It REFUSE to let me setup my dailup acount. When I installed the modem drivers the first time, it connected. But when I shut down or restart my PC, it does not see the connection any more.
All it say is there is no such a connection!
And when I try to repair the connection and using the network connection wizard, it say " the wizard cannot complete"
Any one else having the same problem.
I think Vista is great....BUT it have some very annoying "goodies" that I can live without!

Did you ensure to install the modem drivers and set up the connection using an administrator account?

Have you looked to see if there are more recent drivers available that are fully compatible with Vista?

I haven't used a dial-up since Win98, so I really have no idea how it works in Vista...sorry.
