MJR that is already the name of the mock-up shuttle at Kennedy Space Center.
I would name it Expedition.

Lots of good suggestions so far. You can always use the name of a beautiful lady. The shuttle is a classy girl. You can only kiss her for good luck and a as thanks for bringing you back home.
