What non-computer-related items do you find yourself using for Orbiter purposes?

I currently have only a desk calculator that I use for quick conversions, but I am considering getting a timer so I can wait out that 45 minutes to a node or launch window while reading a good book.

a printed mission checklist

My trusty TI-83, a pencil and paper, my mind, a cup of coffee, and a nagging girlfriend ("get off the computer and let's go do blah blah blah") are my usual flying company.

A complete cupboard full of printed and bound Shuttle Flight Data Files. When I have printed the missing pocket checklists, I have the STS-120 FDF completely available next to my PC. All in white, most with color covers.

(The white has also the advantage of preventing Shuttle stuff from mixing with my university stuff, which is in black, red, blue and green, depending on topic)

A good stop watch. Usually the chronograph on my wristwatch. If you're doing things manually Apollo 13-style you need to time your burns and it's fun to see how close you can get. I do at least as well as Burn Time Calculator in estimating dV.

Celestia, but I am assuming you use that as well.

Now if there was only one way to combine those two...

Either a nice merlot or a pint of home-brew, depending on my mood. Other than that, pen and paper for making notes/taking down times of things and a wonderful imagination

Mechanical pencil, TI-89, notebooks for calculations, and a file cabnet full of documentation.
