The first map of Inversia really troubles me. Basically all oceans (now land) start flat for a few kilometers and then drop drastically. Which means now we have coast->flat->huge mountains. Except for a few places (Gulf of Mexico, North Sea, Gulf of Bengal) this would make agriculture on a large scale like in the American Midwest quite hard. Although the Incas had the same problem and turned out fine (until 1500).
What Earth would look like if land and seas were reversed.
