Is there a weapons addon where you can fire weapons at other ships? I think this would be a good addon for OMP.

There are some, but no useful damage effects. There is still no working standard for weapons in orbiter.

I consider that project pretty well dead, that thread had about a hundred posts of tail-chasing space combat debate for every post of actual project content.

There are a lot of ICBMs and other ballistic missiles (like the V2) on Orbit Hangar.

There is the bomb MFD too.

OBSP isn't dead. Me and ETF have had a lot of exams latelly, but are making progress. The next version will allow you to shoot stuff and at least some limited AI that will shoot back at you.

Ok, well looks like that project is back up... Cant wait to see it. All we need now is Face to fix ship spawning in OMP and we are set and ready to go.

Actually, I'm not sure how OBSP will work with any multiplayers. At this time we're not focusing on the multiplayer, although long way down the line that is an option...

Yep since we have Top Gun over Ascension Island, some guns and missiles are in order. Next, ASAT missiles on XR2s... and how about some ICBM warheads on the universal cargo deck in the meantime :3
