Problem Visual Studio compiled dlls not loaded by Orbiter P1

Has anyone else distributed plugins compiled in Visual Studio Express 2010 and faced any issues with it ?

Are any specific options required to be set ?

Maybe you should mention the wider parameters: The dll's load fine on your machine that has VS 2010 installed, but (seemingly) not on machines that don't have it installed. This despite that there don't seem to be any missing dependancies.

I see that msvcr71.dll & msvcp71.dll is present in the Orbiter folder.

How about putting msvcr100.dll & msvcp100.dll in there too. Windows will probably find the dlls even if they are not in the current directory of orbiter.exe, but best to provide it with a backup option in case it doesnt.

Say... you did not accidentally compile this stuff for 64-bit, did you?

I don't think I used a specific compiler option for 64 bit. I ll have a look at the compiler options again.

Just checked the plugin project's property pages, the active platform is Active(Win32), so it should be targeting x86 and not x64.
