This is a previous version of TUpolev 50-50 soviet sub-orbital plane
Keys
"G" for gear
"F" for flaps...slaps
"K" for cargo bay
"B" for airbrake
For nav-strob-pos lights press relative button
For start-stop engine press relative button or "9"
To open-closed hatch press relative button
For launch payload press relative button(when the cargo doors is closed the launch payload is disabled)

To launch the bomb was necessary to reach a speed of 1700 GS and a height of 40/50000 meters

Yes. Nice plane. And also a nice VC.
But orbiter crashes when I jettison the bomb.

This happened to me in Virtual Cockpit mode, but I thought I had solved the problem.
External test mode if it happens again

Tested ist in external view. Orbiter also crashes when pressing J.

:hmm: is very strange, I thought I had solved the problem, try to relocate the folders, I would like to know if this only happens to you that

Cool! Congratulations, Marco!
Thank's Erik
Have you tried this version? Is almost equal to the one you already, but I thought I had solved the CTD... I'm sorry send out versions that do not work >:(

I'm still working on the cockpit of the spiral, when I can finish something I'll send you the material :tiphat:

Why don't you use some more typical Russian cockpit elements? ;)

Or more recent:

Especially the gear/flap/airbrake indicator (the outline of a plane from behind, on the lower left of the panel) is not that hard to do in a VC, and is a really typical element of all Russian jet planes.

What do you mean with relocating? Do you mean reinstalling of orbiter?

It would be nice, I had thought, but are not very good at writing in Cyrillic, if someone is willing to do so, you can create a folder to be replaced with the original

This was the original plan abandoned:beathead:

I'd like to know how do they create the code for the heat shield:shrug:

Excuse for my bad english..reinstalling only TU50 folder

someone else has the same problem?

To be honest I think the current cockpit looks really cool!! It would be nice to be able to press a few more of the button though:). Is there any way we could retain the option to use the current cockpit, perhaps by editing a config file?

Ahhh....whichever one is linked to in the first post here - not sure, sorry :P

Also, I was referring to the cockpit you posted a screenshot of here. However, I do really like the TU-50 cockpit, and my comment about being able to control more functions about the spacecraft would be cool!

Cool cockpit, SiberianTiger! Thanks! Hadn't seen that one before....

I'm not sure the 105.11 glide test vehicle is really very representative of the orbital Spiral, but it's a start.
The panel has an Orbiter-specific problem, too -- no good place to put an MFD. And it's HARD to fly a spacecraft in Orbiter without an MFD or two. This is an obvious problem for the X-20 and other real and semi-real spacecraft. Not sure how to get around that.

Oh thanks Siberian Tiger, I tried both a picture of the inside of the cockpit mig 105 without finding such a detailed

I believe you still can add something off your imagination, because the real spaceworthy Spiral's cockpit might be a bit more advanced. Perhaps, a cross of this and mini-Soyuz. But in case you would like more visual or technical detail on 105.11, I can directly ask the guy who makes restoration works on it. Just pm me.

No problem! It's my fault that I moved the conversation to another model, go to another post on the right section

What`s the top speed of this plane supposed to be? I was able to reach 7.5 km/s when flying at 59 km altitude, it get a bit hot there.
