The first step would be to update the Shenzou itself with a docking module... Since it is SC3 based, it's only a matter of adding a few lines to the config file and provide a suitable mesh...

Yes, I also have that mesh from 3DWarehouse (http://sketchup.google.com/3dwarehouse/details?mid=7455ac24b81fa5a31bd4da35bd0e0c8f&prevstart=0) but it is not optimized for Orbiter.
It works but frame-rates are low and face orientation is inconsistent (as it shown on the image you posted).
Don't bother with converting it, better model one from scratch...
