OHM Themis-A Launch Vehicle 1.0

Ah, thanks! I'll finishing that table now.

---------- Post added at 11:56 PM ---------- Previous post was at 11:40 PM ----------

Just finished the table:

LEO = 250 km orbit from CSSC.

N/A: Can't get to LEO even if without a payload.

No Upper Stage:

0 SRBs: N/A
2 SRBs: N/A
4 SRBs: N/A
6 SRBs: N/A

Rigel Upper Stage:

0 SRBs: 8179 kg
2 SRBs: 9390 kg
4 SRBs: 10498 kg
6 SRBs: 11515 kg

Sirius Upper Stage:

0 SRBs: 14151 kg
2 SRBs: 15573 kg
4 SRBs: 16856 kg
6 SRBs: 18030 kg

Keep in mind that results may vary depending on G-limiter setting in ThemisMFD. Also I don't know what trajectory is used by Silverbird, and autopilot of this rocket may guide rocket on different trajectory resulting in different results.

Since 1st stage is Kero/LOX it's doubtfull that it could reach orbit with or without SRBs.

Perhaps you could update the PDF included with this to include the payload table, Loru.

As I said before results from silverbird may vary from results give out by orbiter. There are differences in trajectory, and I'm not sure how silverbird calculates things like drag and variable thrust (Themis decreases thrust to avoid G stress on payload)

Currently I don't have time to do tests however if you upload your table to OHM I can link it in Themis' entry on OHM and in first post in this thread.

Done, it's on OHM, here: [ame="http://www.orbithangar.com/searchid.php?ID=6704"]http://www.orbithangar.com/searchid.php?ID=6704[/ame]

A question that I have been wondering for some time: is there any way for me to activate the autopilot while in exterior mode? (the later Hyperion does for sure)

There is no key combination to actually do it but you can set-up external MFD and launch rocket using it.

Hello ! This is NOT a request, just a question : is there any chance to see any update of this wonderful bird planned for Orbiter 2016 ? Last post in this thread is from 2015, i guess what the answer will be, but... well... let's say i need to read it . Anyway, thank you for all the wonderful hours (and short nights :)) i've spent with it. :salute:

@Loru is still around, so I wouldn't write it off just yet. 2020 has been a bit of renaissance of addons dev, too.
