when i try to run the SurfaceBaseWizard vista show the window the does not work longer (in german: das programm funktioniert nicht mehr)
is that a problem with my pc or with the wizard?

When you run Visual Basic in Vista or Windows 7, runtime libraries will be missing.
You need to look for Visual Basic 5 runtime libraries, download them and install them.
Microsoft has them for download somewhere.
