Had a peculiar affect while making surface tiles for Brisbane Airport. One tile appears to alter an adjacent one.
Here are four level 1 tiles around the airport, I'm trying to blend the edges. It worked on the two landside tiles, but I couldn't get the South edge on the SE tile to blend.

After a while, I got bored with that and moved onto the tile North of it. When I removed the ";" from the entry in the Brisbane.cfg file to enable it, the other tile came good.

As you can see the Southern edge is now blended, and the islands in the estuary are distinct.
Here is the relevant part of the .cfg file:
Basically, putting a ";" in front of 1 436 -78 3 ;E1 altered 1 436 -79 3 ;S1_E1
?
Most peculiar, has anyone any ideas?
Its a clean install of Orbiter100830 with only Earth091124_11_14 added.
These tiles are DDS type 3, to get the variable transparency/grey-scale in the Alpha map. Using MW DXTBmp, and Painthop Pro 9.
All help appreciated.

Blending is exagerated.
Had the same problem, then moved it to the front of the .cfg entries, and came good. I wonder if a dds type 3 tile dosen't like following a type 1 tile?
