Update STS Expansion Packs V4.2.0 released

Now available at Orbithangar; new STS Expansion Pack V4.2.0 and special Expansion Pack for Med / High RES KSC. These new expansion packs incorporate all previous mission expansion packs (including the recent STS-125 and STS-127 packages) and now include all of the previous STS payload packs from Donamy, simplifying the installation process. As always, please read the set-up doc for all necessary add-ons and their installation order. These packs also include some new alternate landing sites and some of these now have surface tiles as well.
