i know (g) is landing gear and (left shift 1 ) does some bar things but there must be more ?

Have you tried checking the manual? I just took a quick look at it and it seems to have a complete list of the keys under the "ORBITER SIMULATION" section:
SpacePlane 2.0

G LANDING GEAR
K AIR BRAKE
L-Shift-0 MAIN HATCH
L-Shift-1 DOCK/AIRLOCK
L-Shift-2 AIRLOCK OUTER HATCH
L-Shift-3 AIRLOCK INNER HATCH
L-Shift-4 HUD RETRACT
L-Shift-5 ENGINE BAY

So how to i dis attach the main plane with the smaller two sorry im a newbie

Do mean how do you detach the space plane from the carrier? I'm not sure I understand your question.

have you tried 'j'?

Some (all/most/quite a few?) of Greg's craft come with a ReleasemeMFD (or releaseMFD, I can't remember). I'm pretty sure it comes with the SwiftSS. Make sure it's activated in the modules tab when Orbiter starts up.

right so ive found releaseMFD-ShiftD (thanks) and i activated it but when i press shift-d to release it doesnt work

I think you press A to bring up the spacecraft3 attachment menu, then press shift+0 (numpad, not number row) to detach that attachment point. Then, press F3 and switch to the booster or SP2.0

There should be two modules with ReleaseMFD, one mouse controlled, the other MFD controlled. I'm at work now and can't remember for the life of me... But I think you bring up ReleaseMFD, and the MFD will tell you which button on the MFD or which mouse click will do it. Not sure, like I said, it's been a while.
Arc's method works also just less 'immersive'.
There is also a need to be 'in' the ship to be separated, or something...
I know there are a few threads here on the forum regarding this. But I gotta go to a meeting here soon.
