Project Space Transportation System 2016

I have observed such anomalies with objects (like EVA) not lit, earlier. But the first image looks OK to me, redone lighting seems much too bright.
 
You do not have some files (at least) installed like this one listed in LOG file: "Shuttle2016Bearly.cfg"
 
in this thread should be a link (even a few links) a couple of pages back, I think....
 
Ok. This is weird. Which file did you download?

Can you load the shuttle from the scenario editor?

UGH. I think there is an issue with the rms light position. And found a mesh issue with Endeavour. the good news is the newest shuttles seems to work with the old scenarios.

I think it might be a orbiter issue? here the light should be on the Eureca but it is isn't and on the GAS bridge.

You will need the STS_payloads for textures.
 
ok. The HD launches requires more stuff. Lets try a simple one. lets try an orbit one?

Here is what the EVA task board will look like.

There is a cover that I think I will have the eva guy remove. Not sure if the other parts are doable. I may just make the parts part of the mesh and not separate vessels.
