Space Shuttle Ultra RMS problem

I tired to use space shuttle ultra's RMS arm and it wouldnt move, I tried doing the RMS crade sequence (CTRL X) but that would not work either, how do I move it?

Did you let it move completely? Look at it and make sure it stops moving after you press Ctrl-X.

I just tried again, this time it worked, I must have been doing something wrong earlier. Sorry for the waste of time.
