Problem Soyuz launch problem (ISS v3.2)

I get a CTD when Soyuz is about to separate from the second stage.I've reinstalled all requirad add-ons but the problem persists.

I don't have the Attachment module instsaled since it causes problem whit Soyuz FG(U).

Is there exception reported either via message box or in the system event viewer?

Do you have "Local light sources" checkbox checked on the "Visual effects" tab?
If so, uncheck it, or use Orbiter beta 100905 or newer.
 
What do you mean by second stage ? Block-I or the core of the rocket (named "launcher") ?

I don't have "Local light sources" activated and I'm using Orbiter 2010 P1.
