Shuttle Fleet Shuttle V 4.2 + STS-PayloadsV2

Dear fellow orbinauts and friends,a little while ago I tried to install the Shuttle V 4.2.0 with Gazza's STS-Payloads Version 2 add on.The reason I did that for is,that Gazza Payloads version 2 features the most reallistic reentry effects for the Space Shuttle Orbiter.
I succeeded in replacing all the Shuttle files in my Orbiter build and all the scenarios work perfectly except for the ones using the Spacelab module in the cargo bay.The module is at a right angle from the position
that it should be in...And it is sticking out of the side of the orbiter.

The Spacelab is rotated 90 degrees to the right.

I traced the problem down to the STS-VC and STS-VC2 config files,below:

The problem is that there is an STS-VC and an STS-VC2 config file in Gazza's STS-PV2 addon,can anyone of you folks help me correct the Payloads v 2 code in here?

P.S:I tried using corrections provided by xmariox,but they were to no avail
with STS Payloads Version 2.
