I noticed a square window cut in the lower portion, I suppose for rcs?

So ideally after the satellite and pam are spun free. they drift for 45 minutes and the satellite antenna gets erect. Then the pam fires. Then detaches the satellite. And the satellite fires it thruster and uses rcs to get into orbit. Then the dish and antenna move. And the lower panel extends down.
