Does anyone think it would be possible to create an addon that simulates large particles instead of the standard mesh of Saturn's rings? It doesn't have to be all of them, just enough to make it realistic if you get close enough.

The only way would be to have Saturn have loads of tiny little moons. Possible, sure. But hardly practical considering they woulnd't have notable gravtiy.
