Salyut 7. Compatibility 060929 and Orbiter 2016 like the Soyuz 7K series of 4th Rock.
And please a Spacecraft3 model. No complexes and tricky modules with a usual lot of problems of compatibility and ctd.

I've not tried it myself but there is this [ame="https://www.orbithangar.com/searchid.php?ID=3820"]Salyut 6[/ame]

It is Spacecraft3 and the docs state that it was designed for Orbiter 2006.

How different in appearance was Salyut 6 and 7? Could be repainted to match historical model it's just a matter of retexturing.

Here are the external comparisons of Salyut 6 and Salyut 7 obtained from http://spacefacts.de/english/flights.htm....

All the DOS based stations are similar...
For Salyut 7, you could repaint Salyut 6 or Mir's core module.

Regarding the first post, CTDs come from addons that depend on addons, and not respecting versions.
Spacecraft4 runs in 2016, but not as intended, so for a quick and dirty Salyut, I'd use Multistage. Just set it up along with the launcher....

There are also differences - in case of Salyut 7, big ones, since it was a two-module station in the end. And the Mir core module had four berthing ports around the front docking port.

There is also a TKS spacecraft available at the AVSIM Library as an addon originally for Orbiter 2003, along with Almaz (Salyut 3 and 5) and Salyut 4
