Interesting fact is that (maybe, hopeful) Philae is landed on the comet, but that we need to wait around a half hour for the answer on that question.

Go Philae, you can do this after years of waiting! :)
Same was with Curiosity, the so called "7 Minutes of Terror" was actually happening already 7 mimutes after the actual landing

DSN now shows the Rosetta link on the DSS 55 antenna receiving @ 32.77 kb/sec.

May take a while for really good pictures then. 32.77 kb/sec ~ 4.1 KB/sec, which is slower than dial-up.
