Request rocket shut down for taxi

We need an addon that shuts off the rocket sounds and smoke effects,that would work with the DetaGlider or similar craft.,While taxiing. Maybe a little smoke when giving it some juice. or even a tractor that can attach and move the shuttle or DeltaGlider, xr1, xr2 ,xr5 My 2 cents thanks

I've never used it but I have noticed this tow vehicle before on OrbitHangar:

Keep in mind, that all those vessels don't have any means of propulsion other than their rockets. Just like an airplane.
So shutting the visual and sound effects down would be kinda silly.
